Q. How do I see an employee's clock-ins and clock-outs in the app on my phone?

A. Double-tap the employee's name.

Q. How do I add an employee to my Extreme Blue system?

  1. Add the employee in TimePilot Central.
  2. In Clock Manager, right-click the Sky App icon associated with this phone and select "Edit ID assignments."
  3. Check the employee you just added and click "Save."
  4. If you have the app open, touch and drag down on the screen showing your list of employees. This will update/refresh the active list of employees assigned to this phone. If you don't have it open, the new name will appear next time you start the app.

Q. How do I delete an employee from my Extreme Blue system?

  1. In Clock Manager, right-click the Sky App icon associated with this phone and select "Edit ID assignments."
  2. Uncheck the employee you want to delete and click "Save."
  3. If you have the app open, touch and drag down on the screen showing your list of employees. This will update/refresh the active list of employees assigned to this phone. If you don't have it open, the deleted employee's name will be gone next time you start the app.

Q. How do I insert a clock-in or a clock-out in the app at the current time for an employee?

A. Tap the employee's name to highlight it, then tap "Menu." Choose "Clock IN" or "Clock OUT."

Q. How do I insert a clock-in or a clock-out in the app for an employee at anything other than the current time?

A. Double-tap the employee's name to see their transactions, then tap "Menu." The "Insert Transaction" button will appear. Tap it and enter the kind of transaction, date and time.

Q. How do I edit an employee's clock-in or clock-out transaction in the app?

A. Double-tap the employee's name to see their transactions. Editing a transaction is not possible in the Sky app, but you can delete the transaction and then insert a new transaction with the correct information.

Q. How do I delete a transaction in the app?

A. Double-tap the employee's name to see their transactions, tap the transaction you want to delete, then tap "Menu." The "Delete Transaction" button will appear. Tap it.

Q. I don't have my phone, but I want to collect my clock-ins and clock-outs (Extreme Blue Enhanced only). How can I do that?

A. You can use the USB drive that came with your Extreme Blue Enhanced system. Click here for instructions.
