TimePilot Vetro's Top Features

  • It's the world's best-looking timeclock: The sleek black screen displays just the time and the date when the clock isn't being used; one touch activates the backlit blue keypad. (Try it by rolling your cursor over the keypad in the image at right.)
  • No moving parts: nothing to wear out.
  • Use it with an iButton, a four-digit ID code, or both.
  • Standalone OR networkable:
    • In Standalone Mode, the device keeps clock-ins and clock-outs in memory until you download them to the included USB drive. Then you plug the USB drive into your computer running the TimePilot Central software to prepare the data for payroll.
    • In Network Mode, clock-ins and clock-outs are sent instantly to your server and can be viewed in the TimePilot Central software. Network down? No problem! Just use the USB drive as described above to collect your data.

  • Employees clock in and out with a single iButton, and iButtons can be re-assigned using the powerful, easy-to-use TimePilot Central software.
  • Each clock holds 12,000 clock-ins and clock-outs. For 20 employees clocking in and out four times a day, that's 150 days!
  • The TimePilot Vetro system can handle multiple clocks and up to 500 employees.
  • Each clock contains a battery that keeps current time in the event of a power outage. Employees won't be able to clock in or out during an outage, but the time will not have to be reset on the clock when power is restored. To keep employees clocking in and out during an outage, add our Vetro Battery Backup.
  • The software is compatible with 64- or 32-bit version of Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 2012 Server or Windows 2008 Server. To learn more about the software and to see a series of screenshots, click here.
  • TimePilot Vetro works well with our other time and attendance products, TimePilot Extreme Blue Enhanced, TimePilot Tap+ and TimePilot PC. Mix and match the products to create your perfect time and attendance system.
