TimePilot Vetro
Changing Data on the Vetro Clock
At some point, you may want to make a change to the data on your Vetro
clock—perhaps an employee has changed his or her name, or a name has been
misspelled. Briefly, you'll make the changes in TimePilot Central and transfer the
changes to the Vetro timeclock in one of two ways:
If you use your system in
Standalone Mode,
you'll load the changes onto your TimePilot USB drive and download the changes from the USB drive
into the Vetro clock. Here's how that's done:
- In TimePilot Central, make the changes in the employee's profile. (Setup
Menu > Profile Setup > Click on employee's name and click the "Edit a
Profile" button). Save the changes and return to TimePilot Central's main
screen.
- Start Clock Manager (Setup > Clock Manager). Right-click the first clock
you want to change, choose "USB Functions," then "Transfer Employee Setup."
- Follow the instructions in the box that pops up to load the changes onto the TimePilot USB drive and then
transfer them on to the clock.
If you use your system in
Network Mode, the changes are transmitted through
Clock Manager. Here's
how:
- In TimePilot Central, make the changes in the employee's profile. (Setup
Menu > Profile Setup > Click on employee's name and click the "Edit a
Profile" button). Save the changes and return to TimePilot Central's main
screen.
- Start Clock Manager (Setup > Clock Manager). Right-click the first clock
you want to change, choose "Network Functions" and "Transfer User Setup to
Clock."
- Follow the instructions in the box that pops up to transfer the changes
via Clock Manager.
- Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each Vetro clock you want changed.
