Extreme Blue and Extreme Blue Enhanced

Extreme Blue and Extreme Blue Enhanced: Perfect for the job site.

Our newest systems are rugged, weatherproof, battery-powered and designed to be used at worksites and other outdoor areas.

Collect and correct your data on your smartphone, then cut checks right on site (with Extreme Blue) or send the data to headquarters for processing with TimePilot's Windows-based software (with Extreme Blue Enhanced).

Highlights of both timeclock systems

  • Rugged and weatherproof; runs for a year on 4 AA batteries.
  • Handles up to 2,000 users. Both versions come with 10 iButtons—enough for 10 employees. Have more employees? Just add more iButtons.
  • No monthly or annual fees.
  • Padlock and steel mounting plate keep it secure.
  • Each employee uses a single iButton to clock in and out.
  • Uses Bluetooth wireless technology to send clock-in and clock-out data to your iPhone and Android smartphone app. (App is a free download from Apple's App Store or Google Play.)
  • Integrates with other TimePilot time and attendance products.

 How the systems differ

TimePilot Extreme Blue Enhanced

Extreme Blue Enhanced is intended for larger organizations or those with multiple worksites.

The major difference between the versions is that the Enhanced version comes with TimePilot Central, our easy-to-use, Windows-based management software. The software allows supervisors at a PC to create and print reports and export their employee work hours to the top payroll software and services.

With Extreme Blue Enhanced, after you collect the data on your smartphone and make any necessary changes or corrections, just a tap on screen sends the information to your headquarters. The app uses your phone’s data plan to transmit the information via the internet.

At headquarters, the TimePilot Central Enterprise Edition software downloads the data. If you have other work sites, that data is downloaded too. From there, a supervisor can run reports or format the data for payroll software like QuickBooks or a payroll service like ADP. Starting price: $849, with free shipping!
